Silver Lake Love started the week strong by delivering over over 2 dozen emergency kits to people living on skid row. Included in the emergency kits were hygiene products, fabric bags, dental products, ear plugs and the Silver Lake Love Survival Guide .
One of the more moving meetings we had was of a mentally ill man to which that we tried to give one of the kits. He rejected the kit because he could not use any of the items in it, but that he was so happy that we were able to give him a smile.
