Silver Lake Love announced the launch of “Silver Lake Love Letters” – a grassroots project to get people from around the world to write letters of love to Los Angeles’ homeless population.
Inspired by holistic health wellness and energy healing, Silver Lake Love Letters encourages people to put their thoughts onto paper to help not only the shelter disadvantaged population in Los Angeles, but also themselves. The idea is that by writing, one begins to increase the flow of positive energy and cast away negative energy.
The people on the streets benefit from your letters by staying connected to the community through your letters and feeling the hope and love that they hardly ever get to feel. They will also be able to write back to you, perpetuating the positive flow of energy and feeding it back to you!
