When the fireworks fly on July 4th this year, while Americans chant USA USA, there will more things than usual to think about.

- What our founding fathers fought for.
- Where our country is heading.
What does it mean to be a patriotic American? At Silver Lake Love we believe that being patriotic is what we do to help our country and fellow Americans rise to the standards that we set for ourselves and better the situation for all.
On July 4th we will celebrate America with some of the residents that we serve and help with a party at San Julian Park at 11am. There will be music, food and we will be distributing clothing and other items we have collected during our latest drive.
